Return Policy
Ready-to-Wear Items
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs borne by customer
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Size Exchanges
- Size exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to availability of requested size
- Free exchange shipping within Pakistan
Custom/Tailored Orders
- Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded
- We offer free alterations if the fit is not perfect
- Measurements are verified before production begins
- Any manufacturing defects will be addressed

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
